Important Notice: Withdrawal of Blood Clinic Service

Due to the end of a temporary NHS funding initiative, which ceased on 1st April 2025, we will no longer be able to offer blood clinics at the surgery.

This service was made possible through temporary additional funding, which has now been withdrawn. Without this funding impacting staffing, it is no longer viable for the practice to continue providing blood tests on-site.

From 1st May 2025, all blood test appointments will need to be booked via the hospital or designated community phlebotomy clinics. Full details on how to arrange these appointments are available at reception and on our website.

We understand this change may be frustrating, but unfortunately it is a direct result of external decisions beyond our control. Please contact the practice team if you need help with the new process or have any further questions.
