Cancelling an appointment

If you cannot keep an appointment, let us know as soon as possible so that we can give it to someone else.

Or, please make sure we have your mobile number. We can send you a text reminder and if necessary you can cancel your appointment via this text.

When we are closed

Urgent advice: NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do:

  • go to (for people aged 5 and over only)
  • call 111

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
