Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot keep an appointment, let us know as soon as possible so that we can give it to someone else.

Urgent advice: NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do:
- go to 111.nhs.uk (for people aged 5 and over only)
- call 111
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Immediate action required: Call 999 in a medical emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Medical emergencies can include:
- loss of consciousness
- an acute confused state
- fits that are not stopping
- chest pain
- breathing difficulties
- severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
- severe allergic reactions
- severe burns or scalds
